Delete your account
You can delete your MxT APP account and the data linked to it at any time, free of charge. Choose whichever option is easier for you.
Delete in the app
- Open the app and sign in.
- Go to Settings › Account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Deletion starts immediately.
Request by email
If you no longer have the app installed, email us from the address linked to your account:
- Send an email to maixuantruongcvdev@gmail.com.
- Use the subject "Delete my account".
- Include the app name and the email or user ID of your account.
What is deleted
- Your account profile (name, email address, sign-in identifiers);
- Content you created or synced to our servers (for example notes, lists, settings and uploaded files);
- Identifiers and usage data linked to your account.
What may be kept, and for how long
- Purchase records (transaction ID, product, date) — kept only as long as required by tax and accounting law;
- Anonymized analytics that can no longer identify you — up to 14 months;
- Crash reports — up to 90 days, not linked to your account;
- Support emails about your request — up to 2 years.
Account data is permanently deleted within 30 days of confirming your request, including from backups.
Subscriptions are not cancelled automatically. Cancel them in Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions on iPhone or iPad, or in Google Play › Profile › Payments & subscriptions on Android. Deleting the app from your device removes data stored only on that device.
